Collaborative began as a real estate developer and manager, working to continually define “best in class” management for innovation and research communities. We are now a full-service firm offering advisory services, software technology, a unique approach to professionally staffed networking and program management, along with traditional real estate development and management of properties dedicated to research and discovery. Our clients and partners include universities, not-for-profit foundations, private owners, developers, and local governments.
